Geocode my Website's Access database

I run a website that has a database of 6,000 addresses of locations around the world. This information is kept in a Microsoft Access database on the server. Most of the locations in the database already have latitude/longitude information, but there are new addresses being submitted to the database all the time. Therefore, I need a way to geocode any addresses in the databases that don't already have latitude/longitude information, and put that information into the database. There are two ways I envision this can be done, but I'm open to other suggestions, as well: 1. You can develop a private web page (password protected) that I navigate to, and there, I click a button that runs your code. The code goes line by line through the database, and for any address that doesn't have latitude/longitude already there (those fields are either null or zero), it uses the google maps geocoding API to geocode and put in the information. I want some kind of feedback displayed, that lists the addresses successfully geocoded, as well as addresses that failed geocoding for any reason. 2. Alternatively, you can develop code that does the above, but instead of me running it manually, it runs itself automatically once a day, and then emails me a report of what it did, as above.
