Populate Joomla 3.7.3 With Fake or Real Users

Require fresh Joomla 3.7.3 installation with Joombri to be populated with fake users with photo prefer real users but fake ones might be easier . Why? Need fake users to attract real users. The site also has an option to work from home similar to Freelancer so users are posting their skills. There's probably an easy way to do this possibly using some arcane database magic or you might be okay with doing this manually. Either way I would like 200 users or greater. You would have to tell me roughly how you intend to do this to be awarded the project.
