build a website in colombia

Hello, I need someone who speaks native spanish to build a wordpress website for me. Wordpress is already installed on the domain. I already have the logo and basic artwork and text. I just need you to put it all together on a good theme. You will also need to research some other photos and write some content. You must be able to communicate in english so i can give instructions. I only need 3 pages, 1 is front static page, 2 is contact us page, 3 is photos pages....must have link to social media facebook page. thanks Kurt
