Forest Wedding Event Planner

Hello, I am interested in having a wedding ceremony in the forest, and a reception close by with a similar rustic, natural look. I would like appetizers, entree, main course, dessert and if possible an evening buffet with an open bar. I am looking for someone to find me the perfect location (I am in Montreal) even if it is an "outside the box" location because I'm on a very tight budget. I am hoping to have it cost under 5000$, max under 10,000$ including tip, taxes, dj, photographer etc. It will be a small ceremony, amount of guests TBD but for sure under 100 people. I really need someone to help negotiate prices and organize the event because not many traditional venues do receptions/ceremonies in the woods.
