troubleshoot DB application

We have a server that hosts an Inventory application that has 2 different layers. 1.) admin - where the user can add/remove/modify additions to an vehicle Inventory program. 2.) the display of the contents of the DB through a URL There is 2 problems a.) in the vehicle admin side, while vehicles are being added, the app sometimes "kicks" the user out, and requests a "re-login". b.) sometimes while vehicles are being added, the web site that displays the vehicles goes completely off-line.*** **************** This problem occurs only when vehicles are being added to the datatbase by Admin. Sometimes, only the admin user gets kicked out of the App, and the web site stays online, and sometimes it knocks out the entire website web site and it goes offline. We are using oledb from the admin application that is written in .net the front end is simple classic asp the code on the line which (may be) throwing the error is dim syssettings dim syssettings_numrows set syssettings = [login to view URL]("[login to view URL]") [login to view URL] = mm_rdm_string the last line throws the error we have assign appropriate permissions to the database folder iuser, network service, aspnet all have full permissions. *** When the web site goes offline, Server tech support can clear cache, then recycle the application pool and the web site goes back online. We need this issue fixed ASAP !! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
