Command Prompt (MS DOS) CMD Script

I need a script for cmd which copies a certain date file into any other folder. I have a folder with a file type called tab files. Each day a new tab file is generated and pulled into this folder. So in this folder I have 1 file per day. The file name is always called [login to view URL] The first part DYS identifies what kind of information this file holds. 28155 - is a location code of a retail outlet 20180324 - this is the most important part, this is the system date. 20180325 - this is the date the file was pulled after midnight. This part I do not care about. It is the system date I care about. So I need a script which basically reads partial line of the file name and then copy it to another location into a folder. So it would look at DYS_28155_20180324 and that’s it no need to read the rest. I would then edit this code when I need another specific system date and then I can run it again. Please do not use powershell as i find this hard to use. Thanks
