For a current project I am looking for a very competent developer who already has a lot of experience in the field of web development. You should have already implemented many projects with WooCommerce and be very familiar with WordPress.
The basic requirement is that you can deliver excellent quality and that we can rely on your work.
It's about an already existing WooCommerce shop. This one has about 4,000 articles. Changes should now be made to this shop.
A configurator for pallet racks is to be created on the site. This is a lot of work, because countless variants can be configured here. However, everything is based on the 4,000 existing articles.
The configurator for our site should look and function exactly like the configurator on the following example page: [login to view URL]
It is important that you understand that this is not just about creating the configurator for visualization. If the customer has put together his own shelf with the help of the configurator, he should be able to put this configuration into his shopping cart with one click. All the individual parts required for the shelf should then be listed here. A kind of material list should then be created here, with the help of which an employee of our company can then search for the corresponding components from our warehouse. In addition, the exact sales price must be calculated using the material list and the sales prices of the individual components.
Please try to configure a shelf yourself on the website and put it in the shopping cart. Then you will see exactly what I mean.
In addition to the articles in WooCommerce, all the necessary data for the configurator is also available in an Excel table. The items won't change and will stay the same for a very long time. The data from the Excel table can also be used as an aid for the configurator. Only the price should come from the respective article from WooCommerce so that it is possible to adjust the prices.
