HTML5 Browser/Audio Player

This audio player will be used to organize and audition audio files. Uploaded audio will include category taxonomies so files are organized into folders that will be presented much like Windows Explorer's Tree browser. Files may appear in multiple folders. A file that appears in the 'Rock' sub-folder under the 'Genre' parent folder may also appear in the "Slow" sub-folder under the 'Tempo' parent folder if it has been assigned those taxonomies This audio player will be placed on a wordpress website with membership, so files would need to be associated to accounts. There are two account types for this system. Type A will do the uploading. Type B does the auditioning. This browser will allow only Type B users to add multiple audio selections to a cart. There would be actual transactions, but "checking out" would entail a message be sent via email with details about the user and what audio selections they have made. A real-time wave form would be great. I have examples of a player I really enjoy the look of.
