E learning project: 1. The project we need is e-learning WordPress website 2. The website or the platform will act as a mediator between the trainers/teachers and the students to take the courses which provided by the trainers. 3. Trainer can do this list: a. Register and get approval by management b. Update his profile by adding all certificates he has c. Add / Modify / Delete courses and this also need approval by management, including all details of the course like suitable timing, duration, max number of trainees for the course, etc d. Send and receive massage by student for clarification through the website e. Accept or decline the courses requests by student f. Transfer his money to his account 4. Student can do this list a. Register as student b. Search for course by category or by course name or by trainer name (even if not registered) c. Choose the course page and see the ratings of the trainer, also can send request to the trainer to start the course d. Send and receive massage with trainer through the website e. If he gets accepted by trainer to take the course he can make the payment and start the course f. After finishing the course he will have the certificate for the course he already took and get it in his email g. He can also access to all certificates he took 5. Management can do this list a. Check the trainers and give them approval b. Check the students c. Make and modify the categories d. Check the courses add by trainer and give approval to add on website e. Check the courses which done with all details like subject, trainer, student, course date and time, amount, rate, and review by student. 6. Notes: a. the website must connect to the social media b. Anyone can see the courses and see the student review and rating c. Trainers profile must include all courses done and hours spent in training d. The course will be through Zoom application or similar – no need for integration as for now e. Online payments for the courses (through payment gateway like [login to view URL] f. The trainers must have categories like bronze, sliver and gold and this point will check how many course he done free for the platform g. All course will be 1:1, or for a group of trainees to be pre-defined by the trainer for each course and approved by management h. Course page mas include subject, brief, pictures or video explain the course idea and cost. i. Introduce the spirit of social responsibility in the design of the site j. There will be stats for each course/trainer k. Website will be in Arabic interface l. Some course could be taken offline as the trainee can request that under special request, the trainee can fill a form for that and rest will be communicated through email
