Looking for someone with backend and front end wordpress and skills with gravityform/ webmerge and zapier

this is a possible two part project. Project # 1 My customer has wordpress on their site and is having problems with Visual composer as well as another plugin from MNKY. There may be some alternative issues with the site that can be determined, but need your ball park estimate to fix this and your hourly rate in general for web dev ? Project # 2 This is more of a back end programmer. My customer uses gravity forms [login to view URL] which the end user fills out a preset form then the information is sent to zapier once the form is completed then it goes to web merger [login to view URL] the problem is, the form on gravityforms is not as automated as my customer expects. They told me they've worked with programmers in the past that has done it. Basically, in the form the end user enters in a specific field certain name: Example From says: How many names will you enter (from the dropdown, you select the quantity). (Based on the selection, the form should list as many name tabs) Please enter people's names Name #1 ____________ Name #2 ____________ Name #3 ____________ Customer types in the names of the people from the list above. >>> Problem #1. Customer must reenter the same names again on another subject line down the form. ==== NEEDED SOLUTION, those names must be auto filled into the form. >>>Problem# 2 Those names from Problem #1 will have a total of 100% value to be split. The customer would want to automate the percentage split Example Name #1 John Smith (20%) Name #2 and Name 3, should auto split 80% to be (40% and 40%) If the end user changes the 2nd user value from 40 to 60, then the form you take the 3rd value and auto readjust so that the manually entered values remain and the other tab auto-adjusts to 100% The site is in French and english, so this proposal would have to be configured in two languages (so double the work). please provide a quote and the break down of cost?
