Make some minor changes to a wordpress site

Can you please show me your website where you like to apply the changes? 1. We can enable to WordPress default comments on blog detail page 2. you mean to add author name and photo? and on click of author name profile page should open? 3. ok you mean something like newsletter form correct? so if people enter email there then submission of newsletter will send some attachments in email to user correct? Can we have a quick chat on this? I can then share proper cost and time to work on it.
