I want to add a notification icon in the header menu, it opens at mouse hover. Notification triggers: Being an Employer: When someone send a proposal to my project When my project expires When the deadline of one of my ongoing projects arrives When someone follows me When there is a new message on ongoing service or project Being a Freelancer: When my proposal gets accepted When the employer mark the service as completed When the employer gives me a feedback When there is a new message on ongoing service or project When someone sends me an offer When someone hire my service When the deadline of one of my ongoing projects arrives Employer Dashboard: Replace "Saved Items" in dashboard with "New Proposals" and add a notification circle like the new messages one showing number of new proposals.
