Repair errors made by previous contractor

This is not a site design project. Rather, it is cleaning up after someone who made mistakes.
My site is davidallanvan.com. It uses DIVI and is hosted by SiteGround. It has some layout and menu errors that need fixing. I need someone who can see the obvious errors themselves and make those simple changes and a few layout changes on the banner and menu. My previous "helper" set this up as a blog, and I think it may need to go back through the menu and be set up as a website.
If you do well with this in a reasonable time at a reasonable cost, there will be another project that follows. I will ask you to help build another site using the same layout and format, populated with content I've already written. I expect this request is a simple and straightforward one.
