Wordpress development theme options

Hello, I need a project with the follow description: Idea: The idea is one theme for development, with less customizations as possible where I can use child themes to develop the websites for my clients. The parent theme will be updated at each update of Wordpress, but not the child theme, who will have only the customizations specifically of the website. The idea is to do the website development cost less as possible. For now, I need just the parent theme with basically: a theme options with an update system (I don't have any host for the theme yet, could be GitHub or you can suggest one); Menu design where I can change easily the logo size (example from LuvThemes); Typography like on the archives image (example from LuvThemes); Model with sidebar and without for pages; Blog options like the image on archives (example from LuvThemes); Integration with Js Composer; The theme needs to be designed as basic as possible as possible, with fewer customizations so then they'll be done on the child theme. Obviously will have new modifications in some months, new functions added and I would like to the contract the same person. I hope we can work together!
