Sponsorship Request Letter

Wanting someone with experience writing sponsorship requests to write a sponsorship request letter for us. We have many sponsorship ops available & advertising ops [login to view URL] is what we have as far as sponsor & ad ops go:

Sponsors & Ad Space:

Crewmen: $1 and up– You have our heartfelt thanks and we will do our best to bring the event back next year

Webpage Sponsor: $75 – Your company logo linked to your website under the sponsored by section at the bottom of our homepage. Logo and link will remain until June 31, 2019. Social media special thank you mention and special thank you mention during opening announcements. (between 9-9:30am) and 2 weekend passes to the event *No Mature rated / adult themed sponsors will be accepted at this time.*

Banner Ad Space: $150 – Cut off date is May 30,2018 for payment of banner ad space; we must have your banner by June 12, 2018. We hang your banner (up to 4'w x 6’h ) on the fence by the entrance gates for everyone to see!* Banner will be up during the event on Saturday & Sunday, June 15 &16, 2018. Your company logo linked to your website under the sponsored by section at the bottom of our homepage until June 31, 2018. Social media special thank you mention and special thank you mention during opening announcements (between 9-9:30am) and 2 weekend passes to the event *Sponsor provides banner to be hung; we are not responsible for any damage to banner that may occur to it while at the venue.*

Programming Guide Ad Space: $50-500. Cut off date is May 15, 2018 for payment & ad submission. All ads will run in full color. Full page ad inside the programming guide $500 4.5" w x 7.5" h.
