I am a current PhD student in Economics who specializes in Data Analysis, Economic Research and Customer Service roles. With a masters degree in Econometrics, I am proficient in data analysis using STATA, econometric modeling and economics research. Additionally, I am a native English speaker with more than two years experience working in a customer service role. I have experience using interfaces like Freshdesk, Trello, Zendesk, Jira and Slack.
