Very accurate and great communication.

We have had an issue only with the payments, as there was a dupication of the same and 2 payment deductions were made from my boss's account. I had created only 1 milestone but I really can't understand how another payment too went through with the same amount with the heading as "Translation from Spanish to English". Then it was a headache getting in touch with the Freelancer Management and it took me endless days to sort out this issue. This is a very first time we have used such a service and found it quite difficult to follow. There is too much of information to read regarding the website services and in a busy environment it is quite tedious to read each and everything. Moreover, there should be a person / advisors who we can speak with to get issues resolved as soon as possible. This is not a user friendly service. Even if a milestone or excess payment is done from our side, then we have to request the freelancer to return one back to us, which is really a silly thing to do. I feel this should lie entirely with the Freelancer Administrator who should be able to handle such issues and not the Freelancer himself as the end user then has control over the payments. The Freelancer was really very good and very helpful. We are very happy with his service.
