Allows tenants to securely report faults clearly and accurately with no miscommunication, uploading the image of the problem directly from our App. The Smart Tenant App allows Tenants to report property issues easily, with email notifications to track the status and progress of your repair. Receive relevant online guidance with our “Self Fix” section. Enabling a simple easy-to-fix solution for those frequently occurring problems tenants might come across. Note: Our App is completely free for tenants to use, an Agent ID is required to use the App and report issues.
