We awarded the works to Consagous on the basis that they had the expertise to deliver. After nearly 4 months, it is clear that they did not. We were told to complete would take 1 month. They lack the expertise to advise the client on what needs to be done i.e. designs etc. essentially all design details came from the client with very little to no input from the developer/designers. What we received in terms of works - we could have completed ourselves via Wix or similar platforms - there is no value add from this engagement. After losing $900 we have decided to pull the plug and use a local service provider - of which we have had one call with and they have delivered more in the last week than the last 4 months. This has been a total waste of time - would highly recommend to AVOID.
