The freelancer just wasted my time.

Deepak19041991 is a dishonest freelancer and much of a cheat. He took a huge milestone payment from me and did nothing in return, kept my money and ran off. What I got was numerous excuses and he delayed for a very long time even after I gave him many extensions. Any request for updates he would respond with stories of emergencies and even the unbelievable story of harddisk failure on the day of my deadline. (In spite of his hardware failures, he could still continue bidding for new projects) I received zero work on his part and he has chosen to keep my money, escape and not respond to me. I have message logs to back my case up and intend to pursue this to the end. He even ridiculously asks for employer to cover huge processing funds he claims he incurred after winning his bid. I hope freelancer will seriously considering suspending this thief.
