I have worked as a Customer Service Professional for SiriusXM for more than 3 years. Customer retention was one of my main tasks in addition to customer service, technical/product and email support. After that, I have decided to continue this career in the comfort of my own home and worked as a part-time Virtual Assistant for an Australian company that offers nutritional supplement. For more than 2 years with this company, I have been providing them email, chat and phone support. I have dealt with different customers, affiliates, wholesalers, retailers and medical professionals across the globe. With these two jobs, I have consistently hit over 90 percent customer satisfaction rate and have generated sales for them.
