This guy tells you he can do your project in no time at all just pay the full amount up front. He will start the project and stop in the middle and tell you i will finish it tomorrow. its been weeks, after numerous attempts to get him to finish the job i finally gave up. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We agreed to build a comparesion website with Rui, but as soon as he saw that we understood what we were asking for in terms of technical requirements he arranged an excuse of having personal problems and couldn't complete it on time. He said he had to stay out of work for a month. 3 days after that he was bidding again for new projects, and kept on doing untill this week. I warn you do not trust his professionalism, and his word as he is a lier.
