How is the <On Time> statistic on a freelancer's page calculated?

Hi, I have successfully completed a project, but due to increased workload of both me and the employer we have delayed the evaluation of the deliverables so it's now past its expiration date. Will this affect the statistic on my profile? Is there a way to challenge this with the cooperation of the employer?

After completion of a project, the client is getting an option to review your work. There are two options. Does your freelancer complete the task within budget? Does your freelancer complete the project on time? based on the number of project completed and the count of these question answer by employer the percentage is being shown.
