And resize/ reformat so that it is likely to fit easily on one page, or as a frame in to an existing page without the need to scroll.

We're looking for a clean, uncluttered, professional look, which is a challenge, because we have a lot of information that we're requesting in a small space.

    Sir , i submitted one entry which can be coded in a simple HTML page , you can choose that one and code 1 page for your website . It`s not necessary to use google docs form . They don`t offer alot of customisation .

    The point is if its mandatory to use google form then we don't have much option. you can use Jotform instead if you want. please let me know

    is it mandatory to use google form? bcz in google form we can't use 2 column form layout..

      Good question. Yes we have to have it in Google Form. Sorry to hear about the lack of 2 column availability. That might have been a nice use of space.

      there is not option for increase or decrease the font size. otherwise this things how can we get extra space?
