Hi,

I am looking to have animation or movement to be added to an existing PSD file. Any new layers should be named animation. I have the PSD file all complete already except for animation. I do not want excess animation or movement. Any movement must transition well and be smooth. I have attached the PSD files for review. I would like some sort of animation near the eagle only. AND maybe the card name "foos gone loco". I do not want too much animation to where it is distracting from the card content. I have a lot more work available for the right designer.

Delivery:
Must provide modified version of PSD and GIF
