I would like someone to make me a sketchup model of a layout of a pole barn we are constructing. The structure will be 60x40 and 16' tall. The door/window/garage door layout is visible in the attached imagery. The RV storage will be 20x40 feet. The shop will be roughly 25 x 40 feet. The ADU (Airbnb) would be 15 x 30 feet. The bathroom would be 10 x 15 feet.

The keys are I need to know where to put plumbing fixtures in the Airbnb (kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower, toilet.) I need a sink somewhere in the shop as well. I would love to be able to put a stairway and loft in the airbnb as well. I would like to see someone build that out if possible.

The attached files are all very rough. So creativity is also encouraged. The only static piece is the RV storage because it will not be insulated.

Please let me know if there are any questions. Bonus points for quick electrical mockup!

do you want loft just above the airbnb space(you specified) bigger as a bedroom floor or just bed at an upper level but no upper floor?

Can we design the window as needed for the function?
Are there any function requirements in the loft? Like, bed room, other recreational space. ..... coffee shop. Etc? Or anything?

  Feel free to change the windows as needed, but please let me konw what you do and the dimensions so that I can explain to a builder.
  
  The loft would be mostly a bedroom with associated bedroom furniture. Potentially couch with TV and entertainment/relaxing space.

  You can change placement of windows if need be... please let me know what size/changes you make though.

Hello! I need the following data:
1 - height in the low and high points of the deck to see if a ladder enters.
2 - where is the water intake
3 - where the sanitary discharge is located

  1. I'm not sure where you would have a ladder? Ceiling height will be 16' though, so for a loft, I'd plan probably 8'?
  2. Water intake will be in the front left of the shop.
  3. Sanitary discharge would be front left (offset from water) as well.

1.do you need a furniture to be shown as well like in Airbnb for bed wardrobe and anything else, and for shop furniture layout?
2.do you only need the drawing of Electrical and plumbing
