Freelancers, I am in search of the perfect candidate to write an Amazing Blog Posts for our Blog. Please read the whole description and make sure you understand prior to committing to the task.

THE CONTEST WINNER
The contest winner is the Freelancer who submits the BEST FIRST BLOG POST.
Write the Winning First Blog Post and you will win the contest and create 19 additional Blog Posts for us in order to take the prize of $500. After this is complete we will be interested in having you write at least 13 more Blog Posts as a new job.

The goal of this FIRST BLOG POST is to be energetic, engaging, and create interest and be directed at our target individual.
Our target individual for this FIRST BLOG POST lives in the United States, and is someone that is looking to start a business, or add onto an existing business or put more focus into one activity in order to increase their income. This person might be looking for a franchise idea, a product or a trade currently. Use the appropriate keywords to engage that demographic and be relevant to SEO.
The FIRST BLOG POST should cover
-What is an Entry Door Remodel
-Why is it a good business to start? It's quick and easy to do, very little competition, profit potential, new emerging trend, income on labor and product, large untapped market
-Where/How, we will show them how to get the product at a discount, get training, get marketing material.
-When, create a need to act quickly, beat the competition, the season is now, the first comers get preference in an area.

The whole job is for 20 Blog Posts, you will be provided with an outline for the remaining 19 Blog Posts. We may provide images or may ask you to also find images depending on the topic. These post must also satisfy the Brand Standards and we expect the blog posts to be creative and engaging. The Blog Posts SEO is vital and it needs to apply to our ideal demographic. These blog posts are to be written in English with a playful, whimsical flair to them.

The Blog Posts will all be related to the Residential Entry Door Remodeling market and vary from lead generating posts, such as the First Blog Post, to posts that educate and inform and cover topics like industry trends, product information, training, time saving tips and general FAQ. For this First Blog Post I have attached a number of documents and included links below.

The Word Document contains a draft with some numbers and ideas including surveys found to back up the data.
The Brand Standard is to be followed however, for this Blog the Primary color is the brand's Yellow secondary is the brand Grey with the brand red and white used where required. Show us how creative you are.

    I am curious of something, are these blogs going to be sent to their emails from leads you already have as the sample you shared seems to reflect that kind of setup or it'll be publicly available on Zabitat website for review by any potential client.

    I have changed the number of Blog Posts for this contest. The Winner will create the BEST FIRST BLOG POST and then complete 19 other blog posts in order to get paid. We will then offer a new job to that Feelancer for 13 more Blog Posts and possibly have addition jobs for more posts when that second job is compete.

    Hey, there's something I don't understand about your requirements. What do you mean by following the Brand Standards or not use any unacceptable logos? Do you want me to create a logo from scratch or just use the images you provided in the contest description?

      Alexandru, I have attached a Brand Standards sheet that shows acceptable use of logos, color pallet, fonts, imagery, banner adds, etc.
      The department that this Blog belongs to has its Primary color of Yellow (HEX:E1AD3D) and secondary color Grey (HEX:7B7A7B), use red and white where you like but I would like to stay away from the blues.
      The use of colors would be just in the design and layout, please only use the logos provided, I will add a Logo I seem to have missed.
