I'm looking to redesign interior of the apartment of roughly 100m2. I attached 2 plans (1 with existing layout and 1 one of empty space with walls that can't be moved). There are 2 sliding doors to exit to the garden and bedrooms 2 and 3 have door each to exit to the garden - this need to stay. Also bedroom 2 has small wet room. I'm looking to keep 3 bedrooms (2 with ensuites), 1 main bathroom, kitchen and living room. I'm open for all ideas (including moving internal walls) but it has to be modern design. I want designer to choose everything (furniture, fixtures and fitting, appliances) and to be creative.
On later stage I will need Auto Cad with proper architectural drawings. Also this is a 1 of 27 flats (all different layouts) in the building and we might need bigger job to get the same with all other flats.
* Just to clarify as I probably didn’t explain correctly what is needed. This is a just first phase of a larger project and as someone mentioned we don't need design for all rooms but let say 3 shots would be ok, so at least we can present this to the developer. Any ideas of changing existing layout are also welcome. At this stage we don't need AutoCAD drawings.
