I need a few email templates for my business. Logo should be included in templates that it makes sense in: https://s3.amazonaws.com/tradesmanassistantmedia/internalImages/images/TA+-+LOGO-large.png.

TradesmanAssistant.com is a company that allows multiple business to schedule appointments with their clients. I need multiple email templates that will be sent transactionally for different operations.

All the following templates should have the same theme.

1. Job Scheduled Template
- Must have "Powered by TradesmanAssistant.com" on the bottom
- Must include some language to say that the appointment was scheduled
- Must include:
- Business name
- Client name that scheduled service
- Start time
- Duration of job
- Contact field for business including Phone, Address, and email
- Must have a link or button that says something similar to "Click here to manage your appointment"

2. Item Refunded email template
- Must have the amount refunded
- Must have statement that says "Refund may take 5-10 business days to processes"
- Contact field for business including Phone, Address, and email

3. Receipt email template
- Must have a Receipt looking html item that has list of items and the amounts for each.
- Must have a total amount, discounted amount etc like a real receipt
- Must have Paid amount and left over amount

4. Registration complete email
- Must have a thank you message for signing up.
- Must have a link of button that says "Manage your account here"

    I have attached an image of an example of a schedule email. This is just an example to show the kind of content I am looking for but the design is too simple. I want a clean design but not too basic

    Hi Md. The schedule is not for interviews, it is for when you schedule an appointment for work being done at your house etc. Hope that helps.
