Project Description:
Casa Pompeia is a residential property renovation and interior redesign project aimed at transforming an existing property into a modern, functional, and accessible living space for a couple with limited mobility. The current property is only partially inhabited, with the first floor serving as the primary living quarter. The project seeks to address the client's preferences and dislikes while adding essential amenities for a more comfortable lifestyle.

Client's Likes:
1. **Natural Light**: The client values natural light in the current living quarters on the upper floor, and this should be enhanced in the new design.
2. **Wide Corridors**: Both indoor and outdoor spaces should feature wide corridors for easy movement and accessibility.
3. **Kitchen Location**: The current kitchen location is favorable, and the new design should maintain or improve upon this.
4. **Bedroom Placement**: The client appreciates the current layout where bedrooms on the corridor face onto the upstairs terrace, and this should be preserved.
5. **Main Bathroom**: The main bathroom's location should remain as is.

Client's Dislikes:
1. **Kitchen Size**: The current kitchen is deemed too small; the new design should expand and enhance the kitchen area.
2. **Bedroom Size**: The client feels that the bedrooms on the upper floor are too small, and this issue needs to be addressed.
3. **Entrance and Landscaping**: The entrance to the house and landscaping for the front and side of the property should be redesigned to be low-maintenance.

Additions:
1. **Lift (PEV)**: Installation of a lift from the lower floor to the upper floor for enhanced accessibility.
2. **Staircase Modification**: Redesign and modification of the staircase connecting the lower and upper floors.
3. **Sauna**: Addition of a sauna on the lower floor for relaxation and wellness.
4. **Indoor/Outdoor Swimming Pool**: Installation of a 2x4-meter indoor/outdoor swimming pool to provide recreational opportunities.
5. **Washing Room**: Inclusion of a washing room on the lower floor for convenience.
6. **BBQ Area**: Establishment of a dedicated BBQ area on the lower floor for outdoor cooking and entertainment.
