I've gone through the whole instruction and probably have understood your requirement.
So far I've understood I have to use tiny people of different profession and of different corner of the world... The Whole Laughing Lips would be made up of these tiny images.If it is correct I can proceed with the work with your support. Can I request you to provide me some tiny images?

I have updated the description saying that the lady needs to be "laughing" as opposed to just smiling.
