Hello I need 3 exterior renderings of just the front of a building, in modern design 1 as a restaurant, 1 as a food store and 1 as 4 stores/fast food with office space on the 2nd floor. Design needs to be compatible with the building that is there now so it costs less too build it that way. the with of the building is 90 Feet the Height is 17 feet to the start of the roof.

    1 see 4 building on the image ? wich one is your building ? do we need to change the 4 of them or only the one with red paint on window and with Luciano sign is your building ? thank you

    to clarify, i dont need a 2d file of the existing building, the design needs to look different then the existing building, i need a design Idea, it can be pencil scetch or digital 2 d or 3d

      yes 3 different images of same building with different uses, i want to show potential renter what could be done with the exterior of the building to accommodate different type of businesses that can be ran from the building
