Find attached a preliminary rendering SKetchup of an apartment building, please bid to flattened roof, and add roof over balconies, (I will follow up with picture of roof for the balcony) in a Sketchup format. see attached picture for the exterior look. I wand a rendering that will look like the real thing.

  Hi Denis, for now your entry is the the one I prefer. Still needs lots of work, example adding a slope with Garage on the side, if you look carefully at the pictures, there is a small roof extension above the garage, etc. The end product will need to look exactly like the pictures with the addition of a flat roof over the balconies, exactly like you did.

  Yes, the roof need to be flat, see picture for existing buildings. It need to looks as much as possible like the pictures. One exception is too add roofs over the 3rd floor balconies. I will try to add additional picture this afternoon from different angles.
