I need to have a brochure produced for a Mortgage Broker.
Here are the requirements:
-The brochure should be 14.5cm wide and 16cm tall. It should be trifold and it should be shaped like a house. Here is an example: http://thumb9.shutterstock.com/display_pic_with_logo/546601/114055426/stock-vector-open-brochure-templates-with-a-house-vector-eps-illustration-114055426.jpg
-The brochure must follow our brand guidelines (attached) and use our brand elements (logo and fonts). Examples of our previous brochures are attached.
-The brochure may include the attached stock images but this is completely up to you.
-The front of the brochure should simply say "Gow-Gates Mortgage Brokers" with our logo.
-The back of the brochure should include the attached information (GG Generic Pack Page 2015)
-We want something creative but still consistent with our brand.
-The brochure should be delivered in print ready high res PDF with all marks and bleeds
-We will also require all the working packaged inDesign documents.
