I need a design for a software product. The design must capture the concept of Incentivizing. The definition of an incentivize is "to provide someone with an incentive (payment or concession) for doing something".

The design should be flat and 1250px high, by 940px wide.

My idea is to have a Cog Coin in the background and two hands shaking in foreground. However, your own ideas and creativity is encouraged.

Keep in mind that image will be used as an Icon that is only 125px by 94px. Thus, it does not have to be too detailed.

Final Deliverables should be in Photoshop (PSD) format. NOTE: I have a much older version; CS3.
