Pazzo Gelato (Crazy Ice Cream)

The business:
A gelato cart (image attached) serving home-made gelato at events (wedding, birthdays, corporate functions) and on the streets of Melbourne at food festivals etc.

Logo:
I've already attached a logo that I like. Maybe improve on the existing or come up with a brand new concept.
Font Type: EDO
I want the concept to be fun and unique, I don't want to go down the traditional path of a cone with scoops of ice cream on top!
Concept needs to be professional, fun, modern edge & quirky
