Make a 5 inch by 7 inch card, 2 sided, JPG file?

Inspiration card 1 w/ a building ornament attached

If possible, I'd like them change the building shape and design to reflect shape of the actual business building (photos attached). Would be great if they can somehow add logo of the business on the building. Would be nice to see "cartoon/drawing" rendition of the business building as an ornament.

Wording would be in similar styling as the sample card.. message:
