Design 2 elegant and clean looking certificates (in a Landscape & a Portrait orientation), a marksheet (Portrait orientation) for online & offline training courses. (best example is with Certificate + Marksheet Demo-1 & 2)

Please Note: THE CERTIFICATE & MARKSHEET MUST LOOK PREMIUM INSTED OF TOO MUCH COLOURFULL. (PLEASE REFER THE ATTACHED SAMPLES)

All the certificates and the marksheet must be in similar theme (associated to each other)
Some demo certificates are uploaded for the reference purpose. (do not copy as it is).
You can notice the background of each certificate with some design patterns which are preferred for this design as well. (do not copy as it is)

We will need all the softcopies of the designed certificates and marksheet.
The designed submission must be in Word / Excel compatible. (i.e must be auto updated according to the data input provided in Excel)

Do not use any copyright content into the certificate design.

The certificates & marksheet must include following data:
1. Logo
2. contact details (email, ph.no., address) _ DO NOT PUT ORIGINAL CONTACT DETAILS. USE DEMO DETAILS ONLY
3. MSME Reg No. ( use demo _ CH11E1234567)
4. Course applied & Type of Course (Regular / Advance / Crash course) [provide blank space / demo]
5. Space for QR code (for certificate verification.
6. Authorized Signatory (digitally Signed)
7. Must contain a blank space for Hologram sticker on top / bottom corner of 25 x 25 mm size (see hologram demo pic uploaded)
8. Candidate scanned photo & Signature.

You are free to use any designing software, but must provide the final output in editable form in word / excel .
Must also submit all the real copies of the design so that we can apply for any minor changes at our end in future.
