We are putting together a Management Academy Guidebook and need your help.

The contents are currently in a word document, but we need someone to put them together in InDesign, in line with our brand guidelines.
Attached is our current brochure for inspiration, but feel free to apply your creativity to make this stand out and pop a bit more.
If you require more photos, then please let me know.

Contents of Management Academy - Word Doc
Print setup guide for InDesign
Current Brochure
Product Pictures - For the front, back cover, and in-between pages. (If you need more, just ask!)

Output Brief:
Format: A5 Booklet - Number of pages depends on how the content comes out / your layout.
Files expected: PDF and InDesign Files.

    Hello contest holder, when I read your description and the index booklet I see we are talking about management and leadership, I just have a problem relating the bread factory to this issue, I mean this is an academic guide book, do I understand that the bread factory is a product example ? or should the guidebook be about the bread factory ? my question is which of them is the main issue and which is the side issue
