We need to create a new website design for our company TraineeGuiden, as well as a new logo and potentially update the colors (or totally change them) in both the logo and portfolio.

Don't forget to showcase your website design as well, not just your logo proposal.

The website design should be modern, timeless, and able to maintain its design appeal in the long term. The functionalities we currently have on our website (www.traineeguiden.se) need to be retained. However, it should not look the same as it does today, including program pages, the homepage, etc. Important that the programs shows on first page.

The website should feel both youthful, targeting an audience aged approximately 22-33 years old, and professional, as our customers are major clients and offers career opportunities through trainee programs.

We want a truly well-designed expression, and the website should entice clicks. It should feel interactive, dynamic in its parts, and delightful.

Please note that we are only looking for the design of the new website and logo, not the actual website development. The design should be something a developer can take over later to build the new website.

Feel free to check our current website to understand the necessary functionalities. On the homepage, you can currently see the trainee programs that are soon closing their applications.

Here, we would like to include videos, articles, and other interesting content.

TraineeGuiden.se is the obvious meeting place and starting point for students looking to kickstart their careers in a trainee or graduate program. We are Sweden's largest player in trainee programs and have all the information you need to take your crucial first career step.

Since 2002, we have been listing all of Sweden's trainee programs. We have developed the only certification for trainee programs in the Nordic region, and we organize TraineeDagen annually, Sweden's largest trainee conference. We present the TraineePriset to Sweden's most popular trainee programs, host Speed Talent events, and run the TraineeNetwork TraineeForum.

Our old logo is attached. We also want to redesign this one, and it should harmonize with the new website design.

We would appreciate suggestions for this in order to eventually proceed with potential candidates, as well as examples of similar work the candidate has done. That is, references.
