Project Overview:
Welcome to the design challenge for the complete exterior transformation of a sprawling 100,000 sqm multipurpose complex in [ https://maps.app.goo.gl/RHFrVGpKW7bv5bjF6 ]. This project aims to craft a dynamic outdoor space hosting a diverse range of activities, from sports facilities to leisure zones and event spaces.
Project Elements:
The complex includes existing buildings, four clay tennis courts, one 50x70m football field, spectator stands, two padel courts, a multifunctional basketball court, gazebos, relaxation areas with benches, loungers, hammocks, and outdoor cinema. Additionally, there's an outdoor pool, a paintball field, motocross and ATV tracks, a karting circuit, a small animal farm, rose and birch tree alleys, fountains, mini-golf, parking, oversized chess, tic tac toe boards, a children's playground, campfire spaces, and green planted areas.
Purpose of Design:
This space will serve as the backdrop for various events: summer camps for kids, year-round adult camps, sports training camps, corporate events (team-building, conferences, product launches), private events (weddings, birthdays, religious ceremonies).
Brief Requirements:
1. Nice graphic colored illustration with alleys, existing buildings, sport fields and all the other elements
2. Detailed 2D plan in high-resolution format with source files and dimensions given for each space and alley, fountain, sport field, etc. (vector, preferably Corel Draw but not a disqualifying request)
3. Mood boards for each proposed element and green areas.
Please consider a number of revisions in case of awarding the contest are required.
Entries should consider the existing topographic survey (please find the dwg file attached named pad arena.dwg), suggested positions of sports fields (pdf file attached), parking areas (see the already built alleys in the pictures that we attached), aerial photos, and GPS coordinates provided in case you want to see the locationa in google maps.
We allready have a solution but we want a better one! (*See the attached pdf named "arena map - existing solution.pdf)
Future 3D design contest: After selection, a separate 3D design contest will be announced with a significant prize.
