Im an occupational Therapist and would like some designs to help my practice stand out and look more professional.
I want:
File cover
Letterhead/stationary
Business card
I would like a design with stock images to print patient folders that will contain information and reports etc.
My client base is children, with conditions like autism, adhd, sensory processing difficulties. I use apparatus like spandex swings and hammocks, ballpit balls, large gym balls, sand, slime etc.
Please find attached my logo, the font for my name is called "Monotype Corsiva" the main colors should be shades of turquoise, black, white, grey please. Rounded lines not angular, sharp designs.
If this information could be included it would be greatly appreciated:
Services include: Treatment from Infancy - 12 years old, Basic Assessment, Comprehensive Assessment, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Home Programs.
With special interest in: Early Intervention, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Difficulties, Emotional and Behavioural Challenges
