The Modern/Contemporary front yard, back yard, and side yard need to be designed. The winner of the contest will be the one who generates the most ideas that will be used in the actual construction.

I have attached several files to guide you.
The main layout is the main file. The redline around the building is what is already in place and cant change. In the front, the small part of the step is finished. but need to extend forward and to the left or any appealing design. I attached actual pictures so everyone can see what is currently in place. The house will be white in color with the black fascia on the overhangs and the black cable fence.
The left of the house is the main entrance area to the backyard.
The right of the house will have a dog run and house the house equipment ( shed, gas power generator, pool equipment). the right side of the house DOES NOT need an entrance. Only entranced from the back to the right side of the house.
The backyard faces the open bay and has a pool with a jacuzzi in the center.

I have provided some files with rendering of the house, and ideas for BBQ area and Firepit area. These are only meant as ideas. you can modify or use them to achieve your desired look
add planters, lights, pergola, etc... or any feature you think to make the property more appealing

    You can make a simple box to represent the house as long as it is the right dimension. this is not a project in rendering the house. The house is already built. Please focus on the front steps, front yard, side yard, and back yard layouts

      thw red line marks w hat is already in place. the pool and jacuzzi are in place they cant be moved. the front steeps first 3 steps are done - c ant be moved. the stairs in the back are already in place.

    unfortunately no. I included that to should you style of house I would not focus on the exterior of the house as its already done

    The house's right will have a dog run and house the house equipment ( shed, gas power generator, pool equipment). The right side of the house DOES NOT need an entrance. Only entranced from the back to the right side of the house.
    Please make sure there is a correct number of steps to the front door. The drop is about 60+ inches. I would expect 9 to 10 stairs to the front door

      lots of things missing. front yard design. stair design. those can be improved. how the left side entrance will work a lot of creative things can be done. lighting completely missing. back yard only has a concept firepit and BBQ no table and feel free to redesign anything. how does each area transition? use your creativity. winner will be the one who we use most ideas from to build the house. Rending exactly what i submitted wont win the contest

      I am not looking for anything specific just creativity to use space efficiently and beautifully. The winner will be the one that give me most concepts I will use.

    unfortunately, I cant. I have an original model of the house that everyone can use as a guide but the file size is too big. The current design of the house was done in 3ds and is very large
