I'm in need of a talented illustrator to bring to life a fun, silly French Chocolatier character for a 20-page spread children's rhyme book in Spanish. The project requires a Dr. Seuss like cartoon-style, with bright and colorful illustrations and simple backgrounds to complement the main focus on the character.

- Genre: Children's rhyme book
- Style: Cartoon-style
- Colors: Bright and colorful
- Page Count: 40 (20 spread)
- Resolution: 300dpi
- Book Size: 6in by 9in
- Backgrounds: Simple, yet included in the illustrations

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in illustrating children's books, especially in a cartoon-style
- Strong command over using bright, colorful palettes
- Ability to create engaging, expressive characters
- Proficiency in creating simple yet effective backgrounds that enhance the character
- Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and flexibility
