Create a floor plan design for a modern open-concept kitchen and living area in a small urban apartment, optimizing space and ensuring a seamless flow between the two spaces while maximizing natural light and storage options.

I have standard plans but I think we can do better.

Ideally I want to have one bedroom, a separate working space, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom.

- The apartment is on 7th floor (8 floors in total)
- The apartment has no inner walls for now, it's just an empty space
- Feel free to reorganize rooms as you want (Move bathroom to other side, etc)
