I bought an old house and I need to modify the internal rooms in order to optimize the space, to make it practical, and to obtain the best from the space and its position. I would like to do it without changing any load-bearing wall, and taking as lowest as possible the costs for the changes.

Hi, this is the minimum number and type of room I need: 2x bedrooms, 2x bathroom (one small just for service, one bigger to be used from the guests too), 1x kitchen, 1x Dinning/living room, 1x garage. Optional: 1x small office, 1x laundry, 1x dressing room

About the internal space, I would like to minimize, where possible, the need to changes the current walls. But especially I want to avoid to make changes on the load-bearing walls (they are the larger walls in the "house map" picture).
