I'm seeking an expert in 3D rendering who can create incredibly detailed and hyper-realistic visuals for a virtual reality experience. This project intends to show us how these architectural plans would look like in real life

Key Objectives:
- Create high-quality 3D rendering for a floor plan that will enable a 360 tour with a 2D-3D effect. The emphasis should be on achieving a high level of detail.
I want to see how these plans would look like as if I’m walking through it
- Deliver hyper-realistic output which should mimic the real-world environment as closely as possible.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in using advanced 3D rendering software
- An eye for fine, intricate detail
- Experience in building high-quality, realistic virtual environments
- Knowledge of virtual reality platforms and their limitations
- Strong portfolio in creating hyper-realistic 3D graphics.
