I need some graphic design. Need a billboard design here are the specs:

Artwork in pixels 648 tall by 1188 wide

36 pixel character will be 1 foot tall

Characters per line:118.8 lines per frame 40

I need each of the four designs to include

EMERALD CITY GARDEN

In the middle of each design should include our logo which is the em city without PDF

PITTSBURG & CONCORD
All should be on white background and the letters should be in green

In design 1 use the images

Hello, I am a little confused. You want 4 design that each one will have your logo in the middle with EMERALD CITY GARDEN and PITTSBURG & CONCORD in a white background with green letters? And to every design to just "throw" the images you have attached without anything else in the billboard? EMERALD CITY GARDEN and PITTSBURG & CONCORD will have each letter sized to 36 pixels (which will be 1 foot tall each)?? What will the size of your logo and the images be to the billboard? What kind of font do you prefer? An elegant one like your logo's or a heavier, more serious? Sorry for the many questions, I try to understand so I can deliver the best possible design for you! Thank you for your time
