Seeking someone to do the interior and exterior for a 20ft container home design. (off-grid solution)
This would be for build in Australia, Tasmania
Exterior Dimensions (in feet): 20' long x 8' wide x 8' 6” high.
Exterior Dimensions (in meters): 6.10m long x 2.44m wide x 2.59m high.
Interior Dimensions (in feet): 19' 4” long x 7' 9” wide x 7' 10” high.
Internal Dimensions (in meters): 5.898m long x 2.352m wide x 2.393m high.
Rooms & Spaces
Must Have:
- Good windows/light space
- Bed area
- Bathroom
- Air conditioning unit
- Washer/dryer unit
- Work space (large enough for 3 monitors)
Should Have:
- Kitchen space
(small microwave/dishwasher/stove top)
- Good storage
Could have:
- Be appropriate for future expansion/second level or additional joining container (but not in first iteration)
Fittings & Furnishings
- Area for Fridge
- Area for Microwave
- Area for computer + 3 monitors(workspace)
- Air-conditioning
- Solar
- Off-grid solution to water/plumbing
I am looking for an interior designer/architect to assist me with a whole house design project. The preferred style for the design is modern.
Scope of the project:
- Whole house design, including all rooms and spaces
- Incorporating modern design elements and aesthetics throughout the house
Specific requirements for the design:
- I have specific requirements that I would like the designer to incorporate into the design
- The designer should be able to work with my specifications and preferences
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proven experience in whole house design projects
- Expertise in modern interior design styles
- Strong ability to incorporate specific requirements into the design
- Excellent communication skills to understand and implement client preferences
Looking for this to be done within an affordable budget

HI everyone, choosing a winner has become really hard as there's such great entries. It's now coming down to the use of space (fitouts) for things like fridge, TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer(optional) and those types of things.. I'm now judging based on functionality (such as effective appliance placement) and interior design vs overall comfort of the space. Again, please make sure that measurements are accurate a 20ft shipping container is not a big space so it's about making effective use of whats available.

This is a design for an individual living (not multiple) and would be more of a studio type space (possibility to host one guest)

Some people have submitted entire homes, this isn't the scope of the project.
The space for this design is 32.6 m³
