I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a layout change for my existing floorplan. The project involves wall removal/addition and bathroom Kitchen rearrangement. Additionally, I would like to update the flow of the space.

Wall changes:
- I need help determining the specific dimensions for the wall changes.


3D render:
- I don't have a specific software preference for the 3D render, so the freelancer can use either SketchUp or AutoCAD, or any other software they prefer.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in interior design and architectural drafting
- Experience with layout changes and wall modifications
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as SketchUp or AutoCAD
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately represent the proposed changes in the 3D render.

Please include examples of previous work and a brief explanation of your approach to this project in your proposal. Thank you!

    what I need,
    1. combine the two rooms on the right side of stairs and make a master bedroom with private bathroom 1 walk in closet and 1 regular closet. While configuring bathroom try and fit in a half bath for common guests and visitors next to it.

    2. remove kitchen walls and create an open kitchen with an island within the space.

    3. combine the 2 spaces that are at the left end and create a living room and dining room area. you can create openings in the larger wall to access the living room as well.
    Basement plan
    1. create an entertainment area, storage area, and a space for a guest bed. create a room for mechanical on the right corner.
